Jessie Neufeld has been practicing law for almost 15 years, building extensive experience drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, advising on privacy laws and regulations, building privacy programs, and shepherding cross-functional teams through compliance. She is CIPP/US, CIPP/E & CIPM certified.

While in house, Jessie developed and managed the organization's privacy program including strategic planning, drafting and negotiating data processing agreements, drafting and implementing policies and procedures for privacy and incident response, data mapping and vendor risk analysis, advising product teams, coordinating with IT and Security on implementing and monitoring controls, and conducting trainings.

As a solo practitioner Jessie now serves as dedicated advisor with expertise in data protection laws and regulations. She counsel clients on privacy law and regulations, privacy program management, commercial contracts,  and vendor management.
